Dalmore International S.A. is a corporation legally constituted in Bolivia, whose core business is the production and distribution of ice cream, milk based products, desserts, jelly and fruit juices. DALMORE INTERNATIONAL S.A. has recently acquired 99 of quotas of capital to the company INAL LTDA which was a privately-owned enterprise. The total transmission of the company was on November 28th 2001. DALMORE INTERNATIONAL S.A., distributes two lines of products:

1. Products elaborated in its factory under the names Panda Diary products .

2. Imported and Distribution of Ice Creams and Desserts from Savory- Nestle-Chile trough INAL LTDA.

3. Distribution products from Nestle in all their lines and products.

In the first line of production has comparative advantages, based on their discharge technology, their wide variety of flavors and presentations, their wide force of sales, their accessible prices to the several strata of revenue and their wide positioning in the market.

In the year 2004 Dalmore Int. establishes a Import/export division so it can commercialize INAL and other strategic partners products and acquire new lines for Bolivian distribution.

1.2 Strategic alliances

Briefly we could indicate that the enterprises INAL LTDA and DALMORE

DALMORE needs now to acquire the assets of INAL LTDA, convert all the short terms loans that INAL acquire in the past to one only loan in a ten years term to permit the company to pay comfortably all the financial obligations.

As 2004 Dalmore Int. starts negotiating strategic alliances with PISABOL wich main product is salt, peppers, species in general , IMBA Quarters and hole chickens with Kosher ceritficade , CHIMORE Hart palm with Kosher certificate close out prices , Autral group Soybean .

1.4 Financial highlights

In 2001 the owners of INAL LTDA decided to sell the 99 of the quotas of capital, to DALMORE INTERNATIONAL S.A.

As a last step Dalmore decided to seek international funding to have better conditions of credit that allow the company to pay easily their obligations.

2004 Dalmore establishes it import/export division with a self-management budget to start improving Bolivia and South Americas production.
